Products and pricing

• We work to display products and prices accurately, but errors can happen. If we discover a pricing error on your order, we'll contact you before fulfilling it.
• Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. Taxes are calculated at checkout.
• Product images are for illustration; minor variations in color or packaging may occur.

Orders

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or stock issues. If we cancel, you'll receive a full refund.
• Order confirmation doesn't guarantee fulfillment until your items ship.

Shipping

• Orders ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
• Typical delivery is 7–12 business days with tracking. Delays from carriers or customs are outside our control.
• Risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier marks the order delivered.

Returns and refunds

Covered by our Return & Refund Policy. The 30-Day "Like New" Guarantee applies as described there.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the store — no fraud, no automated scraping, nothing that disrupts the site or other customers.
