Processing time

Orders ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday.

Delivery times

Canada: 5-7 business days with tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs

Free tracked shipping on all orders over C$50
Orders under C$50: flat C$3

Tracking your order

Track anytime with the link in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to activate after dispatch.

Delays

Occasionally carriers or customs cause delays beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, contact us at [glowhaven.star@gmail.com] and we'll trace it for you.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided. If your parcel comes back to us, we'll reship it at cost.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find the parcel, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then email us within 14 days and we'll help sort it out. Damaged on arrival? Send us a photo within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
