  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Once your order has been processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Order Tracking

Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to become active after your order has been shipped.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

GlowHaven is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed, we'll do our best to update your shipping information.
