At GlowHaven, your satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, we're here to help.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we'll offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Returns
Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
If you receive an unopened product that qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending anything back. Returns must be approved by our support team.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be provided for:
- Orders delivered to the correct shipping address provided by the customer
- Delays caused by customs, weather, or shipping carriers
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product
- Opened or used skincare products (unless defective)
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help find the best solution.
